Restart

I was so busy that I did not have time to write blogs for a long time.

But, I will restart describing my blog.

Because I believe it is very important to say what I think about.

As a first message, I want to say to everyone that "I will try to lose my weight".

I have got more than 10 pounds since I came to the US.

I used to run frequently.

But, I had an injury to my right knee.

Since then, it was tough to run.

And at that time, coincidentally, I came to the US and I was very busy on work.

So, I have not run.

I don't run but do cycling.
